Last weekend was a bisy one, still pakking for the big move and on top of that I decided to try out some new cupcake flavours. Spent friday night and saturday morning making oreo-, banana chocolate & caramel- lemon & coconut- and carrot cupcakes, all with different types of topping and fondant/marzipan decorations. I think I made around 120 cupcakes and brought them to all my friends to taste and to find out what their favorites were. the reason for making this many was because I was asked by my very good friend to make cupcakes for the Oslo World Festival meeting and if everything goes according to plan my cupcakes will be permanent fixture during the festival.
