Mixed tarts
|
Here comes the remaining pictures from last weekend. I used a mix of fresh strawberries and raspberries since they are in season now and taste fantastic. The tarts have a tart base, frangipane and vanilla cream before I topped them with berries. The macarons on the other hand can still be called a failure, but I'm going to keep trying.
